Shipping policy
DELIVERY
All orders are shipped within 2 business days with expected delivery between 1-3 business days of being shipped. You will receive an order dispatch e-mail with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
A signature may be required to accept delivery. If you are not available to take delivery of your order, the courier will leave you a card with instructions relating to collecting your order from a local sorting office or rearranging delivery.
UK delivery is free for all the products.
UK Delivery for spare parts is £3.99.
Currently we only deliver to UK addresses.
If you have ordered more than one product, they may not arrive in the same package. In which case they will have different tracking numbers and may arrive separately.
