How to Use the Silhouette LED Neck Mask

The Silhouette LED Neck Mask is designed to fit comfortably into your daily routine, delivering visible results with just 10 minutes of use. Follow the steps below to get the most out of your treatment.

1. Fit the Mask

Start by making sure your remote control is fully charged. Attach the adjustable straps to both sides of the mask, then adjust them so the mask sits securely around your neck. It doesn’t need to be tight or completely flush with the skin—just comfortable enough to stay in place throughout the session.

2. Prepare Your Skin

Cleanse your neck and décolletage, ensuring the skin is free from makeup, moisturiser, or any other skincare products. This allows the LED light to absorb properly into the skin.

3. Turn On the Device

Press and hold the top power button for two seconds to switch the mask on. It will start in Red LED mode (M1) by default.

4. Select Your LED Mode

Press the power button again to cycle through the available LED light settings. Choose the one that suits your current skin goals. Red is ideal for anti-ageing, Blue helps purify and reduce oil, NIR works on deeper rejuvenation, and Purple helps revitalise dull or uneven skin.

5. Use in Manual Mode

In Manual Mode, the mask runs a 10-minute session with the selected LED colour. If you don’t change settings within a few seconds, the mask will begin the session automatically. It will turn off after 10 minutes.

6. Switch to Automatic Mode (Optional)

After four weeks of regular use, you can switch to Automatic Mode. This setting cycles through all four LED colours in one session, giving you a full-spectrum treatment. To turn the device off at any time, simply hold the power button for three seconds.

7. Sit Back and Relax
