"This sauna blanket is one of the best things I've bought. I have chronic pain from adenomyosis and it really helps. It's quick and easy to get set up and it feels so relaxing. I usually follow it with a quick shower and then lie down for half an hour. The price was brilliant with the black friday deal and the bundle with the footbath was only an extra fiver so that was a bargain. I haven't tried the footbath but other half really likes it."
