1. Select your desired skin toning or muscle performance / recovery attachment head
2. Fasted the attachment to the device
3. Make sure to charge the device before usage ( around 3 hours charge )
4. Press and hold the power on/off button for 2 seconds to turn the device on.
5. Cycle through the speed settings (speed 1-32, 1800-3200rpm) using the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ control buttons to select the desired speed.
6. Gently move the head of the device over the part of your body that you wish to massage first.

We recommend no more than 2 mins of use per muscle group. A full body session should not exceed more than 15mins, the device will automatically switch off after 15mins of usage. You can use the device up to 2 times per day if needed. We would recommend using the SENSSE™ Silhouette Skin Toner for 3-5 mins per day to see optimum skin toning results.

• DO NOT use the SENSSE™ SKIN TONER if you are on blood thinners (example: heparin and warfarin) prescription.
